At Raswak, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products. Every order is inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we are happy to assist.

1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

However, customers may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product packaging is leaking, broken, or defective at the time of delivery

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you encounter an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via email.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable.

Our team will review the request and inform you about the next steps.

3. Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner, depending on service availability in your area.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to ship the product back to the address provided by us.

Returned products must be in the same condition as received, including packaging where possible.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are generally issued within 4–7 working days after approval.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that shipping or delivery charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged product).

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If you need assistance, please contact our support team and we will try our best to help.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an order is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, we will investigate the issue with our courier partner.

After verification, we may offer either:
